Roadmap to Regional Partnerships

To help you unleash your potential in the Central and Eastern European marketplace, CeWeb has devised the following script towards the establishment of successful e-partnerships:

1. CeWeb approaches carefully identified prospects to offer partnership opportunities and provide information on the newly emerging Internet hotspot, Central and Eastern Europe.

2. Initial consultations are held with interested prospects to identify existing business strategies for our region. CeWeb has all the necessary resources to help devise a successful strategy if none is in place yet.

3. Senior level phone conferences are held to establish personal contacts and define course of action.

4. CeWeb conducts thorough background research to understand the prospective partner's business model and market position.

5. Letters of intent and non-disclosure agreements are signed to pave the road for further negotiations.

6. Detailed market evaluations are prepared and business plans are set up.

7. Legal framework of the cooperation is agreed upon.

8. Go or no-go decision is made.

9. An implementation plan is agreed on, priorities are assigned, localization and technical issues are discussed and sized.

10. Depending on the success of the Hungarian site, options to run the service in other markets in our region are discussed and agreed.
